1. Click on the link above to complete an application/background check.
2. You will answer a series of informational questions. All sections marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
3. Then, you will be asked several security questions pertaining to any legal/criminal issues that might appear on the Background Check.
4. Next, you will read and acknowledge statements for the Code of Conduct, as well as several release statments regarding the Background Check.
5. Sign & date application where indicated.
6. Background Checks expire every 3 years.
1. Click on the link above. On this screen you are asked to access an existing account or register for a new account.
2. Existing Account - If you have created an account in the past, please click "sign-in" to be taken to the next page. If you do not remember your log-in credentials, you can retreive them here.
3. Register for a new account - Fill out the boxes in this section, selecting a Username & Password that you can easily remember. Click "Next Step"
4. You will be asked to provide some personal information in the next section.
5. Next, you will be asked to complete a section which outlines the location, and what you will be volunteering to do at the parish level. Then press "Register".
6. You will be given access to your account.
7. Under "Required Trainings", find "Safe Environment Training" and click start. You will then begin a series of videos to complete the training.
